Kukatpally is a pretty lively area to be in, and being inside a residential-style block like this makes the workday feel a bit less like a grind. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. We basically run our tech operations out of this flat. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a living area that’s now full of workstations and tangled cables. We don't have a big sign out front or anything fancy. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and focus on whatever technology problems we are solving that day. Working out of Kukatpally means there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite nearby, which is good because we usually forget to pack lunch. The atmosphere is pretty casual here. We don't wear suits or anything like that. It’s just a small team of us doing our thing in the Lotus Block. Sometimes the noise from the rest of the building drifts in, but mostly it’s quiet enough to get things done. We like the setup because it feels more like a real place and less like a sterile corporate office. It suits the way we work, just being straightforward and getting finished with the tasks we have.
