Resilient Software Consultants

We are based out of Flat 202 in the Serene Enclave building, which is on Plot 35 in Srinivasa Nagar Colony. It is in the S.R. Nagar area of Hyderabad. Resilient Software Consultants is not a massive firm with a lobby or a security guard. We work from this flat because it is comfortable and it has everything we need to build software. S.R. Nagar is a busy place, but Serene Enclave is a bit tucked away, which helps when we need to concentrate on our work. Our team is small, and we spend most of our time staring at code or trying to fix bugs that should not be there. It is not always pretty. There are plenty of late nights where the coffee pot is the most important piece of equipment in the room. We do not have a dress code or fancy meetings. Usually, we just sit around in our t-shirts and figure things out together. The office has a few desks pushed together and wires running along the floor in several places. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We like being in Hyderabad because there is a lot of energy here, but we prefer our quiet spot in the colony. We are not here to make a big splash or win awards. We just want to write software that actually works and does not break. It has been a few years now, and we are still at it, one line of code at a time.
