Reniac India Technology Services Private has its office at the IIIT Campus in Gachibowli. We are on the 3rd floor of the Vindhya C-4 building, which is part of the IIIT-H-Foundation. Being on a campus like this gives the place a specific kind of feel. There are always students and researchers walking around. We are in the R R District of Hyderabad. The office itself is pretty functional. Since we are in an incubation-style foundation, we share the space with other tech-minded people. It isn't a lonely place to work. We have our corner where we handle the service side of things. The view from the third floor isn't anything to write home about, but it lets some light in. Gachibowli is a major hub, so getting here can be a headache during rush hour. Most of us have figured out the best times to avoid the worst of the traffic on the main roads. Inside the office, it is just rows of monitors and some cables running along the floor. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign with bright lights. People just walk in and we say hello. We spend most of our hours looking at screens and talking through tech problems. It is a very grounded workplace. We don't use a lot of jargon when we are just talking among ourselves. It is just a practical way to spend the workday.
