Religent Systems Private Limited is tucked away at 25-36/4/B in Mallikarjuna Nagar, over in Ramachandra Puram. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We’ve got a basic setup here—nothing that would win any design awards, but it works for us. We spend our hours looking at systems and trying to make sure they don’t break. It’s a lot of logical thinking and sometimes a bit of frustration when things don't go right. Our team is a small group of people who just happened to be good at this kind of thing. We take our breaks when we can and usually end up talking about things other than technology. It’s a friendly atmosphere, more like a group of friends than coworkers in a corporate sense. Ramachandra Puram is a decent place to be based, away from the absolute madness of the main city center. We just come in, do our bit, and go home to our families. It’s a simple cycle, and we’re satisfied with it. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay productive throughout the day without too much stress.
