We operate out of Chanda Nagar. It’s a part of town that has its own unique feel, and we’ve been here for a while now. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside or the inside. It’s just a place where we come to work. We have a few rooms and enough desks for everyone. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we feel like a real part of the local community. We don't have a giant headquarters or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just a standard building where we handle our daily business. Some days are more stressful than others, but we usually manage to keep things under control. We don't have a big handbook of rules or anything. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we order lunch from the small shop down the street when we are too busy to go out. The traffic outside can get pretty loud, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the horns and the people. We focus on things like answering the phones, keeping our files in order, and making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. It’s honest, straightforward work and we don’t try to dress it up. We’re just a group of people working together in Chanda Nagar, trying to stay organized and do our best with what we have each day.
