Refulgent Technologies India Private Limited is situated at Plot No 35 in the Bhagyalatha area, specifically within Sai Nagar Colony. We are out in Vanasthalipuram, which is a bit away from the main city center of Hyderabad. The house number is 4-12-356. It’s a nice enough place to work from. The colony is usually peaceful, so we don’t have to deal with too much noise from the street, which helps when we need to focus on a difficult problem. We’ve been operating from here for a good amount of time. Inside our space, things are pretty simple. We don't have fancy furniture or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a practical office where we sit down and get our technology work done. Everyone here has their own way of doing things, but we manage to stay on the same page. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at monitors. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. We prefer being comfortable so we can focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello, and we like that community feel. It’s better than being stuck in a giant office park where you don't know anyone in the next room. We just handle our responsibilities and try to keep things running smoothly. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just stay consistent and show up every morning.
