We are based out of Hyderabad, specifically in the 500 004 area code. Redtech Software Pvt Ltd is basically a group of us sitting at desks for most of the day, working on different coding projects and technical stuff. It isn't a flashy office, just a place where we get our work done. Some of us have been here since the start and others just joined recently. We deal with a lot of software issues and try to build things that actually work for the people using them. The traffic in this part of Andhra Pradesh can be a real headache in the mornings, so some of us show up a bit late and stay later in the evening to make up for it. We drink a lot of tea and coffee while staring at screens. It is mostly quiet in the office except for the clicking of keyboards and some talk about how to fix a specific bug. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with big meetings that go nowhere. We just talk over the desks when something needs fixing. It’s a practical way to run a business. We handle a variety of software needs and try to keep our clients happy without making things too complicated. Sometimes the internet goes down or a server acts up, and then everyone is running around for a bit, but mostly it is steady work. We are just a local software firm trying to do a decent job every day.
