This software office is located in the 500 004 area of Hyderabad. It is a typical setup with rows of monitors and people sitting in front of them for hours. You can hear the sound of typing all through the day. We have been here in Andhra Pradesh for some time now, just doing our bit in the tech world. The building is standard, nothing that stands out from the outside, but it is where all the coding and testing happens. We usually start the day with a bit of a scramble to get through the emails. The chairs are a bit squeaky and the coffee machine is always being used. There isn't much to say about the decor because it is mostly just boxes of old hardware and cables running along the floor. We talk about projects and deadlines while the city moves fast outside our windows. The lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stalls nearby where we can get some quick food. It is a simple life of looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. No one here wears a suit; we just come in our normal clothes and get to work. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just finishing the tasks assigned to us. We appreciate the quiet moments when the phones stop ringing for a bit and we can actually think. The building has a small elevator that sometimes takes forever, so many of us just use the stairs.
