Receptionist Cum Counseler

We are based over here at Hno 7 9 56 in Indira Nagar. It's in Nacharam, Hyderabad, right here in Andhra Pradesh. Things get busy at the desk. Being a Receptionist Cum Counseler means we talk to a lot of people every day. Most days we are just sitting here handling the paperwork and answering the phones. People walk in looking for help or advice, and we do what we can to guide them through whatever they need. The office isn't anything fancy. It's just a regular spot in the neighborhood. We've been at this address for a while now. Some days it is quiet, other days there is a line out the door. We handle the front desk stuff while also trying to give people some decent direction when they are confused about their options. It's a mix of different jobs really. You have the admin side where everything has to be filed right, and then the part where you actually sit down and listen to what someone has to say. Being in Nacharam, we see a lot of local faces. It is just how things go around here. We try to keep things organized at the house number 7 9 56. It's not a big corporate building, just a local place where we get the work done. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times we are just catching up on files. That is basically what we do here in Hyderabad.
