Real Soft Technologies

Real Soft Technologies is located in the Pavani Linganpet Estate on Road Number 9 in Himayatnagar. We occupy units 114 and 116. The estate is an older building that has been part of the Hyderabad landscape for quite some time. Because we have two separate units, our team is split across them, which can be a bit funny when we have to walk back and forth for meetings. The rooms are filled with the usual office stuff like computers, spinning chairs, and shelves full of old manuals. Himayatnagar is a good place to be because there are plenty of small cafes nearby where we can grab a quick bite. The traffic on Road 9 is almost always heavy, so getting in and out can take a bit of patience. Inside the office, it is mostly quiet except for the hum of the computers and people chatting. We don't have any expensive furniture or modern art; it’s just a place built for working. There are wires taped to the floor so nobody trips, and we have some whiteboards where we scribble down notes or reminders for the week. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the actual work rather than how things look. We’ve been here long enough that the creaks in the floor and the way the light hits the desks in the morning feel very familiar to us.
