Readywire is based on the 4th floor of KRB Towers in Jubilee Enclave. This part of Madhapur is always packed with people and cars, so it’s a very energetic place to be. We’re at Plot No: #1, 2, 3, 4&4, which means we have a fair amount of space in the building. Our office is pretty much what you’d expect from a tech company in Hyderabad. There are lots of screens, keyboards, and people wearing headphones to concentrate. We don’t go in for any of that corporate polish. The walls are mostly bare, and the furniture is just stuff that works. We aren’t interested in looking fancy; we just want to build good software. Our team is made up of people who actually enjoy the technical side of things. We don’t have any big slogans or marketing messages. We just take on projects and work through them until they’re finished. Sometimes that means working long hours, but we usually find a way to make it fun. The Jubilee Enclave area has some good places to eat, which is a nice perk of being located here. Traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just part of life in Rangareddi. We’re just a group of people doing our best to run a solid business and stay busy. It’s a simple goal, but it keeps us going every day.
