Rawatmal & Sons has its home in Begum Bazar at Door No 15-6-222. If you are walking through the market, look for Swastik Mirchi because we are right near there. Begum Bazar is a very old and tight part of Hyderabad, so it is always loud and full of people moving goods. Our shop is part of that history. We have been doing this for a long time now. It is a family business, passed down, and we take it one day at a time. The space is filled with whatever we are trading at the moment. We don't have much room for anything extra so every inch of the shop is used for storage. You won't find any fancy air conditioning or modern glass fronts here. It is just a traditional shop with wooden counters and old shelves. We deal with all kinds of traders and locals who come into the bazaar for their supplies. Sometimes the traffic in the lanes is so bad that even a bicycle can't get through, but we manage. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It is a simple life of buying and selling. We don't make big promises, we just show up and open the doors every single day. That is how we have always done things. It is just about keeping the tradition alive.
