Our place is at 4-5-190 in the Koti Sultan Bazar area of Hyderabad. It’s right in Sultanpura, which is one of those places that never seems to stop moving. There are always people walking by and vendors shouting, so it’s quite a lively spot to be in. We’ve been here for many years, and the business is just part of the daily life of the market. We don't have any fancy titles or a big staff. It's just us behind the counter, dealing with whoever walks in. The shop is small and filled with the things we need to get our work done. We don't spend money on decorating or making it look like a corporate office because that wouldn't fit in here anyway. People come to us because they know we are here and we’ve been here forever. We just do the work, take the payments, and try to keep everything organized in our ledgers. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but you just learn to deal with those things when you work in an old part of the city like Koti. We don't have a mission statement or a big plan for the future. We just want to keep the shop open and serve the people who have been coming to us for a long time. It’s simple, honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
