Ratna Solutions

We are located in Emerald Towers, specifically at 3-9-76, which is right by the Lingampalli Rythu Bazaar. Being so close to the market means it is always busy outside our doors. You can smell the fresh vegetables and hear the vendors shouting early in the morning. Ratna Solutions is just a small office tucked away in the building. We spend most of our time at our computers, working through whatever tasks are on the list for the day. The building itself is quite busy with different businesses, and the elevator can be a bit slow during the lunch hour. We aren't a big corporate firm with glass walls and fancy coffee machines. It is just a bunch of desks, some chairs, and a lot of wires. Most of us take the train or a bus to get here since Lingampalli is a major stop. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls near the bazaar because the food is good and cheap. It is a practical place to work. We deal with clients over the phone or through email, and sometimes people drop in if they are in the towers. The work is steady, and we just focus on getting things done without making a big deal out of it. It’s a typical office life in a busy part of the city. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when we have a lot of projects going on at once. It is just a job.
