Ratan Foods

Ratan Foods has been operating out of 2-3-745 in Amberpet for a good while now. It’s a busy part of town, and there is always noise from the traffic outside our doors. We do things pretty simply here. Most of the work involves preparing the food items and getting them ready for the local shops. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. If you walk past the building, you might not even realize what we’re doing inside unless you see the delivery scooters pulling up. The kitchen area is where we spend most of our time. It gets very hot in there during the summer, but that’s just how it is. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for years. They know the routine by heart. We don't use any fancy technology, just the same pots and pans we've always used. Sometimes we run out of stock faster than we expected, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s a bit disorganized at times, with papers stacked up on the wooden table and flour dust on the chairs. But we make sure the food is prepared like it should be. Amberpet is a good place for a business like ours because everyone knows everyone. We aren't looking to expand or become a household name across the country. We just want to keep the local trade going and make sure our families are taken care of.
