Rareblue Tech Private Limited is located in Block 11, Flat 902 of the Hill Ridge Springs complex on ISB Road. Being in Gachibowli means we are right in the middle of all the Hyderabad tech action, but since we are in a residential complex, it stays a bit quieter for us. It’s a different vibe than being in a massive office tower. We have a small team working out of this flat, and it feels a lot more personal. Sometimes the security at the gate is a bit strict about visitors, but that’s just how it is. We spend most of our time staring at monitors and trying to solve whatever tech puzzles come across our desks. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who know our way around a computer. We chose this name because it sounded okay, nothing deeper than that really. We deal with various technical requests and try to be as helpful as possible without making things overly complicated. Lunch usually happens around the kitchen table, and we talk about stuff other than work for a bit. It’s a comfortable setup that allows us to focus without all the noise of a typical corporate office. We’ve been here for a while and the view from the ninth floor is actually pretty nice when we take a second to look out the window.
