At Rank It Services Private Limited, we work out of Satya Bhavan in Temple Alwal. Our address is 12-8, and it’s a pretty easy place to find if you know where the temple is. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. We do IT services, mostly focusing on the backend things that people don't usually see but definitely notice when they stop working. Our office is simple, with just enough room for our gear and a small table for when we need to eat. We don't spend much money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just have better computers. Some of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't really need to say much to know what needs to be done next. We take turns bringing in snacks, and there is a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels very grounded. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the people who trust us with their tech. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but we just use that time to stretch our legs. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, just fixing things and writing code in Alwal. We like it here and don't plan on moving.
