Jai Steam Valves

Jai Steam Valves is tucked away at No. 5-1-504 in the Ranigunj area. If you’ve ever walked through Ranigunj, you know how loud and busy it gets with all the shops and traffic. We’ve been operating out of this small space for some time now, focusing on steam valves and the hardware that goes with them. The shelves are mostly full of heavy metal parts, and there is always a bit of oil or grease on the counters. It’s not a showroom where everything is shiny. We spend our time checking stocks and talking to mechanics or factory guys who need a specific part to fix a leak. Sometimes the right valve is hard to find, so we spend a lot of time digging through the back bins. The air in the shop usually smells like cold iron. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to answer phones in a professional way. Usually, someone just wipes their hands on a rag and picks up when it rings. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the crates, but we know where everything is kept. Customers come in looking for something very specific, and we try to find it for them without making a big fuss. Ranigunj is a tough place to work because of the heat and the noise, but we’re used to it by now. We just stay open and do the work that needs doing.
