My name is Ramesh Mucharla and I operate out of Friendscolony in the Moosarambagh area. The exact spot is 16-11-220/D/17 Hyd. It’s a nice enough area in Hyderabad to have a business. I’ve been here for several years now, and the whole place has changed quite a bit around me as new buildings go up. My setup is pretty basic and doesn't have any frills. I have a small room where I do my work and keep all my records in folders. It’s not a corporate office by any means. It feels more like a home office because that’s exactly what it is for me. I don’t have a staff of twenty people or anything close to that. It’s mostly just me handling the day-to-day stuff that comes up. I like being in Moosarambagh because it’s close to all the things I need to get through the week. The traffic can be a real nightmare on the main road nearby, but once you turn into the colony, it gets much quieter and peaceful. I spend a lot of my time just keeping things moving forward. I don't have a big mission statement or any corporate goals. I just try to do a decent job so that people are happy. It’s how I’ve always done things since I started. Sometimes I fall behind on the paperwork, but I always eventually catch up. It’s just a normal way to run a small business.
