Our place, Mahindra Fertilisers Pvt. Ltd., is at 318-153 in Pragathi Nagar, Ramanthapur. It is a decent-sized spot where we handle all the logistics for the fertilisers we supply. Ramanthapur is a good area for us because it’s easy for trucks to get in and out, which is important when you’re moving heavy bags around. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our records and talk to customers who need supplies for their land. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the warehouse to see what’s left in stock. It can get pretty busy during certain times of the year when everyone needs their fertiliser at once. We just try to keep up with the demand and make sure we don't mix up the orders. It’s hard work and involves a lot of lifting and moving things around, but we are used to it by now. We don't bother with fancy marketing or anything like that. People know where we are in Pragathi Nagar and they come to us when they need stuff. We just focus on getting the right products to the right people without any fuss. It is a basic operation, run by people who have been doing this for a long time and know the ropes. We show up, do the heavy lifting, and make sure everything is sorted out for the day before we head home.
