We have been at Padmahamsa Apts for a while now. It’s a quiet spot on SP Road here in Secunderabad. People know the 303B Block well enough. We aren't a big corporation or anything fancy like that. Just R A Agarwal, running things from this flat. Most days are busy, but that is how we like it. We started out small and stayed that way because it works for us. Living and working in the same area means we know the neighborhood. The traffic on SP Road can be a bit much during peak hours, but we manage. If you are looking for us, just head up to the third floor. We don't have a big sign outside or flashy lights. It's just a regular door in a regular apartment building. We do our work, talk to our neighbors, and keep things simple. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so you might have to wait a minute. We handle everything ourselves here. There are no fancy receptionists or big boardrooms. Just a desk, some chairs, and us getting through the daily tasks. It’s been this way for years and we don't see any reason to change it. Being local matters to us, even if it just means being part of the building community. We keep our own hours mostly. It’s a practical setup that lets us focus on what needs doing without any extra noise.
