Anand Kumar Agarawal

Working out of Varun Towers in Begumpet keeps us right in the middle of everything. Anand Kumar Agarawal is up on the 4th floor, specifically at 1-10-177. Being high up means we get a bit of a view of the street below, though mostly it’s just the tops of other buildings and the constant stream of cars. Begumpet is a loud place, always crowded with people heading to work or the airport. Our office is a bit quieter once you get inside and close the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through documents. The elevator in this building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone is heading down at once, so we usually just wait it out or take the stairs. It’s a professional enough space, but we keep it pretty relaxed. There’s a tea lady who comes by in the afternoon and that’s usually the highlight of our day. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some sturdy tables and chairs. Being in a big tower like this means we meet a lot of different people in the hallways. It’s a mix of all sorts of businesses. We’ve been in this particular unit for a while now and it feels like home. The walls are a plain white and we have some calendars pinned up. It’s just a regular place where work gets done every day.
