We’ve been working out of this spot in Khairatabad for a while now. If you know Krishna Vihar, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times without even realizing we are up here on the first floor of Plot 24. It’s a busy area, honestly. Finding a place to park can be a bit of a headache some mornings, but we like being centrally located in Hyderabad. Our team is mostly guys who grew up around here or in nearby neighborhoods. We do construction work, mostly residential stuff but some other projects too. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We have some desks, a lot of rolled-up blueprints, and usually a pot of tea going. Most of our day is spent on site, checking on how the concrete is setting or talking to the laborers. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or transport issues, which is just how it goes in this business. We don't have a big marketing department or someone to write fancy stuff about us. It is just a handful of people trying to get buildings up on time. We’ve had this office at H No 8-3-1021 for years. If the door is open, someone is usually inside looking at a plan or answering the phone. It’s a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but we get things done regardless. People in the colony know us well enough by now.
