Hiranya Cellulose

You can find us at Plot No. 24 in Rajeev Gandhi Nagar, which is part of the Kukatpally Industrial Estate. Hiranya Cellulose is an industrial kind of place. We work with cellulose products, so the warehouse usually smells a bit like paper and raw materials. It is a big open space with high ceilings and lots of pallets stacked up. We aren't really set up for visitors to come and hang out; it is more of a working site where we handle production and shipping. The roads around Rajeev Gandhi Nagar can be pretty rough with all the heavy trucks moving in and out all day. We have a small office area blocked off from the main floor where we keep the computer and the files. It gets quite hot in the summer because the tin roof picks up all the heat, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. Most of the guys have been working here for years and we all know the routine. We start early before the sun gets too high and we try to get the loading done by the afternoon. It is hard work and it isn't very glamorous, but it is what we do. We don't have a big sign out front, just the plot number and our name. People who need us usually know where to find us in the estate. We just focus on the manufacturing and moving the bags out on time.
