We are over in Kukatpally, specifically in Jaya Nagar. Our office is at Plot No 127, Flat No G2 in Sri Sai Residency. It’s tucked away behind Gowtham Model School, so it can be a little tricky to find the first time you visit. Being in a residential building means it’s a bit quieter than a main road office, which is nice when we need to focus on development plans. We are a small team and we handle infrastructure and development work. Most days involve a lot of checking on different sites and then coming back here to sort out the logistics. Hyderabad is growing so fast, especially around Kukatpally, so there is always plenty of work to keep us on our toes. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a regular flat where we get our work done. Sometimes the school traffic makes the street outside a bit hectic in the afternoons, but we just plan around it. We’ve been operating out of this part of Telangana for a while now. We try to be very practical about how we build and develop things. It’s not about being the biggest company, but about doing things the right way so they last. We talk to our clients like neighbors because that’s basically what we are. It’s just a simple, honest way to run a business without any of the usual corporate talk.
