You can find us over at 3-541 in Gangaram, which is part of the Chanda Nagar area. Raheja Developers has been operating out of this spot, and it’s a fairly busy place to be. Chanda Nagar is always buzzing with people moving around and new things happening. Our office is tucked in there, and we mostly focus on the building and land side of things. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits all the time. We are usually out on site or sitting at the desk with some dusty maps and plans. The work is steady, and we’ve gotten to know the layout of Gangaram like the back of our hands. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to chat or ask about any new projects coming up. We don’t really go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just show people what’s being built and what the timelines look like. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when the rain slows down the construction, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve learned to take the good days with the bad. It’s a practical job and we try to be as direct as possible with everyone who walks through the door. There’s no point in making things complicated.
