RAGHU DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is right on 9 Main Road in Durga Nagar. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always something happening outside the door. We have a small shop-front style office where we manage all the development work. It’s usually quite cramped inside because we have samples of tiles, bricks, and different materials lying around everywhere. The walls are covered in site maps and some old photos of projects we finished years ago. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s a very hands-on place. We are often out at the sites, so the office is sometimes empty for a few hours in the afternoon. We use a lot of local labor, and there is a lot of talking and negotiating that happens right here in this room. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit, and the floor could use a good scrub, but it’s a working office, not a showroom. We focus on the practical side of developing land and getting buildings up. There isn't any polished sales pitch here. We just show people what we are doing and tell them how long it will take. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far in Durga Nagar. We just keep moving from one project to the next without much fuss.
