We are over at Sai Ramachandra Arcade in Nizampet, specifically at Plots 37, 38, and 39. It is in the Srinivasa Nagar colony area. It is a pretty lively spot with a lot of local shops and families walking around. We work on avenues and real estate projects as Radhichowdary Avenues. It is a lot of coordination and planning every single day. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a place where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the week’s schedule. We do not really go for the corporate look. We would rather spend our time making sure our projects are moving along. The team here is pretty small, so we all know each other well and work closely. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how the neighborhood is changing so fast. Nizampet has grown so much lately, and we have seen it happen from our doorstep. We do not use those fancy mission statements you see on big company websites. We just aim to do what we said we would do. It is about being reliable more than being flashy or polished. We have got a lot of paperwork to deal with, as you can imagine in this line of business, so the desks are usually covered in documents and maps. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized so things don't fall through the cracks.
