We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. The office is usually cluttered with files and samples of tiles or paint. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We focus on development work, mostly around this side of the city. We have a small group of people who handle the daily tasks, from talking to architects to sorting out the legal paperwork for the land. Banjara Hills is a good area to be based in because everything is within reach. We don’t go for anything too flashy in how we talk or how we work. We just show up, drink our tea, and get through the list of things that need doing. Sometimes we’re out at a site until late, and other times we’re stuck here at the desk all day.
