If you look for us in Hyderabad, you’ll find us in New Mallepally. We are in Flat No 402 of the Imtiaz Residency building. It’s on Raj Janki Prasad Mark, which can get pretty crowded during the day. R-Tech Computers The Total It Solutions is the full name on our paperwork. We’ve been doing IT work from this apartment for some time. It’s a fourth-floor setup, so we get a bit of a view of the street below. We handle all sorts of computer repairs, software setups, and general IT stuff that people need help with. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being slow, but we don’t mind. The neighborhood is very lively with lots of shops and houses all mixed together. We like being in a place that feels real like this. Inside the flat, it’s mostly just shelves with parts, old monitors, and a few workstations. We aren't trying to be a big tech giant. We just want to fix what’s broken and help our clients stay connected. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we have a lot of hardware coming in at once. That’s just part of the job. Being in Mallepally keeps us close to the people we serve. It’s a simple operation, run by folks who know their way around a motherboard. We just keep our heads down and work. It is what we do and it works for us.
