Our office is located at Plot No.101 in Ashok Nagar. The full address is 1-1-2898/B, which can be a bit confusing for some people, but we are right opposite Peoples High School. It is a noisy spot when the kids come out of school, but the rest of the day it is okay. R K Air Conditioning Engineers is not a huge firm with dozens of trucks. It is just a few of us and our tools. We spend most of our day out at different houses or offices, so the shop itself is often quiet. We keep our spare parts, gas cylinders, and ladders there. Ashok Nagar is a central place to work from, and we can get to most parts of the city without too much trouble. The heat around here ensures that we stay busy for most of the year. Sometimes we are working late into the night during the peak of summer because everyone wants their cooling fixed at once. It is heavy work, carrying those units up and down stairs. We don't have a reception desk or a fancy waiting area. It is just a room with a desk and some old AC parts sitting in the corner. People call us when their unit stops working, and we try to get there as fast as the traffic allows. We have been at this address for a long time, and most of the locals know our faces.
