R D Engineer

Our workshop, R D Engineer, is located over in Ram Nagar, specifically near Chaitanya Nagar in Kakinada. It’s a bit of a mouthful to give the full address with all the door numbers, but most people find us okay once they get into the neighborhood. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. Kakinada is a busy town and there’s always something that needs an engineer's eye. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Andhra Pradesh, just a reliable one for the folks nearby. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment packed into the rooms, but it works for what we do. Usually, you’ll find one of us covered in dust or looking at a blueprint under a dim light. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our jobs. A neighbor tells another neighbor, and then someone shows up at the door asking if we can weld something or check a motor. It’s simple. We try to keep the costs down because we know people around here work hard for their money. On the weekends, it’s a bit quieter, which is when we catch up on cleaning the tools and organizing the scraps. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day after day.
