Living and working out of Rajoo Residency in West Maredpally keeps things convenient. Secunderabad has a lot of charm, and this neighborhood is particularly nice because of all the trees and old houses. Our setup is in 4C, which is just a regular apartment turned into a workspace. It’s a quiet building mostly. You hear the sounds of the city, but it feels tucked away. We’ve got a few computers, some stacks of books, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. Most of the work involves staying on top of paperwork and answering the phone. It’s just a one-man or small team operation depending on the day. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’re likely to just see us at the table. Maredpally is great for getting around, though the traffic on the main road can be a headache in the evenings. We started here because it felt like a good middle ground for everything we do. There’s no big corporate strategy behind it. It’s just about having a space that works. Some days are slow and we just drink coffee and catch up on reading. Other days are a scramble to get everything filed before the weekend hits. It’s a local way of doing things, keeping it simple and direct without any unnecessary layers. That’s just how it is at our residency spot. We like the quiet here when the evening comes and the birds settle down.
