Quarks It Solutions Private Limited is based out of Madhapur, specifically in the Cyberhills Colony area. Our office is in the Guttala Begumpeta side, in Plot No 104, Flat 404. Being in Madhapur means we are right in the thick of the IT world here in Hyderabad, but our specific street is a little quieter than the main roads. It is a flat that we turned into an office space, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have a few rooms set up with desks and monitors. The balcony gives us a view of the other buildings nearby, and it is a good spot to stand for a minute when your eyes get tired of looking at screens. We are not a massive team, just a handful of people who know each other well. Most days involve a lot of typing and the occasional argument about which place to order food from. The elevator in the building is a bit slow sometimes, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. It is a practical environment. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up from our desk to answer the door. It is just a regular group of people doing tech work in a busy part of the city. We keep things simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks without any unnecessary drama or meetings.
