PVVB Build Pro Private Limited is based in Maturu Apartments, specifically in Flats 114 and 115 on the first floor. We are located in A.C. Guards, which is a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad. Being in an apartment building for our office keeps things feeling more personal and less like a cold corporate space. We’ve been in the construction business for a while now and we’ve seen all sorts of projects come and go. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking on site progress and making sure the labor is handled right. The first-floor office is usually full of maps and sample tiles and buckets of paint. It’s a bit cramped sometimes but it works for us. A.C. Guards is a central location so it’s easy for us to get to projects in different parts of the city. We don't have a big glossy brochure or a team of people trying to sell you something you don't need. Usually, it’s just us talking to customers about what they want to build and how much it’s going to cost. There are always challenges like the rain stopping the work or prices of cement going up suddenly. We just deal with those things and keep the projects moving. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just good old-fashioned building work. We like the feeling of finishing a job and seeing the owners move in.
