Our spot is situated at Plot No 11 and 12 in Hydernagar, right in the heart of Kukatpally. It is a shared sort of space where we manage our daily tasks. The office is often full of the smell of tea and the sound of people talking over plans. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy documents for us. We just write down what needs to be done on a notepad and go from there. Working in development in a place like Hyderabad means you’re always busy, especially with how much Kukatpally is expanding. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going back and forth between the office and the local sites. The furniture in our office is basic, and we’ve got stacks of files that probably need better organizing, but we know where everything is. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look on the outside; we care more about the actual building part. The sun gets pretty hot out here, so we try to get the outdoor stuff done early in the morning. People who live nearby see us around all the time. We’re just regular folks who know a lot about construction and land. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years, and we’re comfortable with the way we work. We just try to keep our projects moving forward without overcomplicating things for ourselves.
