Our place is tucked away in Burhan Puram. If you know where the new LIC office is, we are right behind it. The house number is 11-10-787/2/1, which is a mouthful to say if you’re giving directions over the phone. We’ve been operating Pvb-Olm-India Private Limited from here for a while now. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly. We like it that way because we can actually hear ourselves think. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a bunch of us working on what needs to be finished. We don’t have a big reception desk or a shiny logo on the wall. Usually, there's a pile of paperwork on the corner desk that someone needs to sort through. We have our routines, like getting coffee from the little shop down the street. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We handle our business without making a big fuss about it. We’ve had a few neighbors ask what we do, and we just tell them we’re busy with our projects. It's a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don’t have long meetings; we just talk across the room. It’s practical and keeps things simple for everyone involved.
