We have our office at 1-98/9/D/48, which is Plot No.3/A in Jaihind Enclave. Pushkala Properties Private Limited has been operating out of Madhapur for some time now. This part of the city is always buzzing with new developments, and we’re right in the middle of it. We spend our days dealing with various property matters, from looking at land to helping people find the right space. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of driving around Rangareddi. We don’t have a flashy office with modern furniture; it’s just a place where we do our work. Real estate and property management can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and rules, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't use a lot of marketing talk or try to sell people on things they don't need. We just tell them the facts about the properties we’re working with. Sometimes the market is slow, and other times it’s crazy, so we just try to stay steady. We aren't a big agency with a bunch of different departments. It’s just us, working on local projects and trying to help things move forward. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood who know us. We like the personal feel of a small business and don't really want to be some big corporate entity. It’s just how we like to operate, keeping things simple and honest while we manage our daily tasks.
