We are Pujya Agro & Infra Developers and our office is on the first floor of the Surya Meridian building, which is near Devi Chowk in Gandhi Nagar. It’s a busy intersection and there is always someone honking outside. Our unit is F No 104, and you’ll usually find a few of us there drinking coffee and looking over site plans. We handle a mix of agricultural and infrastructure projects, which keeps things interesting. One day we might be talking about irrigation and the next we are looking at concrete foundations. It’s a bit of a strange mix but it’s what we know how to do. The walk up to the first floor is good exercise since the elevator isn't always reliable. We don't have any fancy signs or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. The staff here are all local people who understand the area well. We’ve seen Gandhi Nagar change a lot over the years and we like being part of the community. Sometimes the work is slow and frustrating, especially when we are waiting on approvals or the weather isn't cooperating. But we just keep at it. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to be practical and solve problems as they come up. If you are near Devi Chowk, you'll probably see our team out and about in our old work trucks or chatting with the neighbors.
