It’s a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad, especially in the 500033 area. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. Being a one-person company means things stay pretty direct. You don't have to talk to ten different people to get an answer. We focus on construction and developing properties around the city. Telangana is growing fast, and we try to keep up with it. The office is just a place where the paperwork gets sorted and the plans get drawn. It’s not about being flashy. We just want to get the buildings up and make sure things are done properly. Road 74 can get a bit quiet sometimes, which is nice for getting work done. We see a lot of new projects popping up nearby. It’s interesting to watch the neighborhood change. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We’d rather be out at a site checking on the progress. If you're looking for us, the plot is easy to spot once you're on the right road.
