Prosper Lifespaces Llp

Our office for Prosper Lifespaces Llp is located up on the 4th floor of The 9th Building. We’re right there in the Prashanthi Hills area, near the Khajaguda to Nanakramguda road. It’s a part of town that’s growing fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. The view from the windows shows a lot of new construction, which reminds us why we’re here. We started this because we wanted to be involved in how the local landscape was changing. It’s a lot of hard work, and the office is usually messy with rolls of blueprints and site photos. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. You’re more likely to see us in dusty boots after coming back from a site visit. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here, like permits and scheduling. It gets a bit stressful when deadlines are tight, but we try to keep a level head. We don't promise things we can't do. If a project is going to take a year, we say it’ll take a year. There’s no point in sugarcoating it. We’ve got a small crew, and we all know each other well. Most of us just want to get home at a decent hour after doing a solid day's work. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way without adding unnecessary complexity to things.
