Our place is over in Sabza Colony in the Tolichowki area. It’s a lively neighborhood near Golconda. We’ve been operating Propravasi Infra from this spot for some time now. The office is on a street that gets quite a lot of foot traffic. We mostly work on infrastructure and property-related projects. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more time spent out on site in the heat. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our desks are usually covered in site maps and half-empty water bottles. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We focus on the practical side of things. If a road needs leveling or a site needs clearing, we get the right people and tools there to do it. Being in Tolichowki means we are close to many parts of the city, which helps. We know the local landscape well. Most of our staff live nearby, so we are part of the community here. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just look at the job, figure out the cost, and get to work. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us so far. Some days are stressful when things don't go according to plan, but we always find a way to finish the job. That’s just the nature of the industry we are in. We keep it simple and try to do honest work every day.
