We have a decent-sized space on Plot No. 3 where we manage the infrastructure projects. It’s usually quite busy. There are always people coming in and out, from site managers to delivery folks. We have some large tables where we spread out the site plans and blueprints. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, with pens and scales scattered around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big HR team or a marketing wing. It’s mostly just the partners and a few staff members making sure everything is on track. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails about supplies. Madhapur is a fast-paced place, so we have to keep up. We usually eat lunch together at one of the small shops nearby. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the building side of things and don't worry too much about having a polished image. We just want to make sure the work we do in the Serilingampally area is solid and stays on schedule. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy being part of the local scene.
