PROP HUB HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED is based in the Latitude Towers. Our office is located in Flat No. 1-B. This is over at Plot No. 5 in Timber Lake Colony, which is part of the Raidurg Nav Khalsa area. It’s a growing part of town and we have seen a lot of new construction around here lately. Our focus is mainly on home projects. The office in Latitude Towers is where we do all the administrative work and planning. It’s a decent-sized space but we haven't done much in the way of decoration. We prefer to keep things functional. We have a small team and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. We aren't a big corporation with lots of departments. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks. Most of the time we are out looking at sites or meeting with people, but 1-B is our home base. Raidurg is a good location because it’s central to many of the projects we are involved with. We try to be honest and direct about how we work. There’s no fancy marketing talk here. We just want to make sure the houses we are working on are built right. The colony is usually pretty quiet which helps us concentrate on our paperwork. It’s a straightforward business and we take pride in just getting the work done without a lot of drama.
