We are based in KPHB Colony, specifically at Block 38, Phase III. Our office is actually in Mig Flat No 1. It’s a bit different working out of a flat instead of a glass building, but it makes the place feel more comfortable for the team at Productboat Software Solutions Private Limited. We have converted the main living area into our workspace with several long tables. The kitchen is always stocked with tea and biscuits because we tend to work long hours. Kukatpally is a very lively area, so there’s always noise coming from the street, but it keeps us energized. We have been here for a couple of years now and it’s become a familiar routine for all of us. We wake up, fight the traffic to get to the colony, and then settle in for a day of software development. We don't have a lot of rules about when people have to be at their desks, as long as the work gets done and the clients are happy. It’s a very informal setup. Sometimes we even have meetings on the porch if the weather is nice. We aren't into the whole corporate polish. We just care about building stuff that works. Being in a residential block means we have to be a bit quiet in the evenings so we don't bother the neighbors, but they are used to us by now. It’s just a normal group of people working hard.
