You can find us at Metro Residency on Raj Bhawan Road, in suite 202. It's a central location which makes it easy for us to keep an eye on various projects. We work as developers, so there is always some construction or planning going on. Our office is more of a workspace than a showroom. We have blueprints and schedules all over the place. We’ve been working in this area for a while and have seen it develop quite a bit. Raj Bhawan Road is usually busy, but our office is a quiet spot to get things done. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing speak. We just focus on the actual building and land work. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on sites. We try to be practical about everything. Developing property involves a lot of small steps and we just take them one at a time. It’s not always glamorous, often it's just dealing with permits and materials. We have a small team here at Metro Residency. We like being in a building with other businesses too. It keeps us connected to what’s happening. We don’t do big advertising campaigns. Usually, people find out about us through the projects we finish. We just keep working and trying to do a decent job on every site we handle. It's about being on the ground and seeing things through.
