Priyacement

We've been here on Ramalingar Street for a while now. Running a cement business like Priyacement means a lot of heavy lifting and early mornings. Most days start with the sound of trucks pulling up to our spot in Anand Nagar. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical yard where we keep the stock organized. People from around Trichy come by when they are building a small wall or maybe fixing up a room in their house. We mostly just focus on getting the bags loaded and making sure the counts are right. It gets pretty dusty, especially when the wind picks up, but that is just part of the job. My clothes usually have some white powder on them by noon. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to hear the birds. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just show up, move the cement, and help the folks who walk in. If a customer needs a few bags for a patch job, we get it done. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak hours, so we try to time our deliveries around that. It is a simple life here in the 620131 area. We know the neighbors and they know where to find us if they need building materials. Nothing more to it than that.
