Deccan Cements

Our office for Deccan Cements is in Plat No 405 of the Ahalya Apartments. It’s in Reddy Colony, which is a fairly quiet part of Miryalaguda. Being in an apartment building makes the whole work environment feel a bit more like home. We have a few rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets, but you still have that residential feel with the balcony and the kitchen area. It’s a good spot because it’s away from the main road noise. We mostly handle the administrative side of things here. There’s a lot of typing and checking figures on the screen throughout the day. People from the colony walk by, and you can hear the kids playing outside in the evenings. It’s a simple setup for a business, but it works for what we need to do. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. If someone needs us, they just ring the bell and come in. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the plants and the distributors. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to catch up on, but usually, we’re out by six. We don't use a lot of fancy business talk. We just say what needs to be said and get the job done. It’s a straightforward way to run an office and it keeps things stress-free for the small team we have here.
