Priya Cement

Priya Cement is located at No.34 in Shree Nagar Colony, right by the Rain Center in R.R. district. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which means we deal with a lot of people who are just working on their own houses. We’ve been in this colony for a good bit now. The Rain Center is a big point of reference for anyone trying to find us. Our space is usually filled with stacks of cement bags, and there’s always a fine layer of dust on everything, no matter how much we sweep. That’s just part of the deal. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a small desk where we handle the paperwork and the rest of the area is for the stock. We see a lot of local families coming in, trying to figure out how much they need for a new wall or a floor. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth around Shree Nagar Colony is how most people find out about us. We know the neighbors and the local small-scale contractors. Life in R.R. district keeps us busy enough without needing to be flashy. Usually, we’re just chatting with a customer or helping a driver back his vehicle into the narrow space we have. It’s a modest business, but it’s ours. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who needs help with their construction projects that day. The neighborhood keeps us going.
