Prism

We go by Prism. Right now, our setup is a bit different because our address is listed as No T Permanent. We've been moving things around as we need to. It’s a bit of a wandering way to run things, but it works for us at the moment. We don't have a fixed spot with a big sign out front yet. We mostly work from wherever we can set up our gear. It makes things flexible, though sometimes it's a bit of a hassle to keep everything organized. We handle things as they come. It started out as a small project and just kept going. We aren't big on titles or hierarchies here. Everyone just chips in. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on what's in front of us. When you don't have a permanent office, you learn to be efficient. You don't keep things you don't need. We keep our laptops and our notes and that's about it. People find us through word of mouth mostly. We don't do much in the way of selling ourselves. If someone likes what we do, they tell a friend. That's how Prism has survived so far. We might settle down in a proper building one day, but for now, this is how we do it. It's a bit unconventional, but we've always liked doing things our own way. We just take it one day at a time.
